About Us

Your route to truly effective facilitation and creative team development

We set Stash up in 2013 to deliver an innovative objectives driven team development concept using handheld GPS, maps, and the local environment. This was the origin of the company name and the contoured image we use as the background to the website.

In 2016 a change in circumstances allowed us to bring the full facilitation capability into the company. We had been facilitating across industry collaborative groups and single organisation teams for the previous 15 years but always as an employee. Now we were free to do our own thing - very liberating!

Being based in Aberdeen our main client base was initially the UK oil and gas industry. Over the years however we have diversified into many other sectors and geographies although UK oil and gas remains a key market. These days you are just as likely to find us facilitating in the Middle and Far East, North and South America or across Europe as you are to bump into us in Scotland.

We keep our offering quite straightforward; if you are needing an effective and enjoyable team development session or exceptional action oriented output from a facilitated workshop / meeting, whatever the topic of discussion, we can help you plan the agenda and then fully deliver the process and capture the output on the day.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation we are now able to offer virtual workshops and Stash is now part of the MURAL Consultants network. Read more about our virtual workshops here.

The workshop was well planned by Alistair, and he managed the execution very professionally, engaging the delegates well and driving out the breadth and depth of output which we were seeking – a challenging task given the broad topic area and the diverse multinational nature of the delegates. His work was also much appreciated by FAPESP (Sao Paulo State Research Foundation), who expressed real interest in using Alistair´s services themselves at some point.

I can recommend Alistair very highly to support this kind of exercise and would be happy to provide further information if required.
